Economic poverty in South Minneapolis causes a cycle of:
Father absence in the home (80% of families are single parent homes)
Domestic violence / addictions / legal issues (90% of the individuals/families we work with have these in their lives)
Low education (32%) of students of color under poverty level graduate from High School)
